For those of a certain age...

Was speaking to Dawn and Louise the other day (well someone has to) and we wondered what do you do to stop pre-menopausal things from happening.

Like why is gravity winning? Why are our laughter lines getting wrinkles? Why do our love handles join forces when we try to fasten our jeans?  We can't wait for the menopause and do the stereotypical thing of buying a motorbike, 'cos we already have them!  So ideas please.  Louise says her husband does more crazy things to keep young.  His home number is........

Bikesafe Scotland

Various agencies such as MAG, BMF and Scottish Road Safety Campaign are trying to raise public awareness of motorcycling issues, including the vulnerability of riders.  Bikesafe Scotland offer short talks and a free assessed ride with an advanced police motorcyclist.  The aim is to focus on your riding skills and personal safety.  Feedback from this so far has been very positive.  Contact Fiona for an application form.

Thanks

To Dawn for her newsletter last month.  See, we really are organised this month. Had two months to do this (and needed to get egg stuff in).
