Hello

Sorry to start on a sad note but there is some bad news about Dianne who has had an accident. At the moment she has just got home so at least she won't have to lie in hospital for months. She has a (sore) broken leg with about ten fractures or something and she has had a bone grafted and a pin put in. This obviously means she will be out of action for the whole of this season. Your new bike will be waiting for you so get well soon Dianne.

Something to say?

To (try and) prevent me droning on about a load of rubbish every month, please send in your stories (good or bad) to put into this newsletter. You can send them in here to news@perthshireladiesmc.fsnet.co.uk.

Lossiemouth

Tracey is looking for names for the Lossiemouth camp out so please phone her if you are planning on going. Please  can do this as soon as possible. Just think of all the fun we have, so get phoning girls.

Thanks

Many thanks to Craig and Bill for putting up with all of us who went to Stathearn Garage, Crieff and showed us how to do a puncture repair. It was very interesting, even the men who sneaked in and enjoyed the demonstration. Who needs a mobile now then? (except me). Seriously, I think I could have a bash at it now so it was worth doing. Thanks again from us all.

New Section

Sheila has come up with a good idea for a new section for the newsletter / web site. It's called 'me and my bike' and you simply need to click on the link on the menu to have a look.

Scottish Bikers dot org

This is a web site for you to try. Both Hillary and Ruth are both members and it doesn't cost anything to join (now that's my kind of thing - FREE). So there is nothing to stop you finding out what it is about. Hillary says its good fun so have look and see what you think. Just click on the link below...

Another accident!

This is terrible. Ruth has also had an accident. Is no one safe these days? She was sitting at a set of traffic lights minding her own business and a woman (which makes it worse) banged into her precious bike. It is now in the land of nod for good and will never again win the best bike in show prize. We are all really sorry about this but just think of the shiny new bike you'll have when you recover.

Weddings

Best wishes from all go to Gillian and Dawn who are getting married soon. Hopefully the weather will be fine and you all have a lovely day.

Beginners Run

10 bikes went out, first to Blairgowrie, on to Meigle then stopped at the Red House in Coupar Angus. Everyone seemed to enjoy this and have requested that the runs be more than once a month. Thanks to all who went along.
